THE HAPPY PRINCE 2020

These 26 framed paintings formed a narrative exhibition inspired by my reading of Oscar Wilde’s compelling story of The Prince and The Little Swallow - the beautiful and timeless fairytale, The Happy Prince.
They are drawn from my adaptation and design (sets and costumes) for The Australian Ballet production of The Happy Prince, choreographed by Graeme Murphy with music by Christopher Gordon.

THE BROKEN HEART A curious crack sounded inside The Statue, as if something had broken. The leaden heart snapped right in two. It certainly was a hard frost. 78 x 97 cm framed $5,900
